We depend on the City of Laurinburg and Scotland County for animal control, and do not provide such services ourselves.

If you have found a dog/cat, have a stray in your neighborhood, or would like to report abuse/neglect of an animal, please contact the animal control number provided and leave a message in the event they do not immediately answer.
